As Client Service Manager to sales agent Gareth Denning, Sarah Treen carries out administrative, contract handling and marketing duties as well as overseeing the execution of sales campaigns with efficiency, care and competency.

She is committed to providing exceptional service which is reflected in her meticulous attention to detail and focus on making clients’ connection to Gareth and the wider team as seamless as possible.

Sarah is known for being dependable and trustworthy, earning the confidence and respect of clients and colleagues.

Her affinity to real estate stems from her personal experience of buying, renovating, and selling properties on the Gold Coast over the past decade. What started as a hobby helping friends soon evolved into a professional passion, leading her to support others in their property transactions.

Before joining Kollosche, Sarah worked as the lead buyer’s agent for Central Buyer’s Agents.

Her professional qualifications extend to a QPIPA 3 Modules and a Queensland Real Estate License.

Originally from New Zealand, Sarah has called the Gold Coast home for 15 years after relocating to Australia.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah is involved in charity work, including sponsoring her local Muay Thai Gym and supporting organisations such as The Leukaemia Foundation and Beyond Blue. She has studied sign language and has Australian Sign Language Certificates 2, 3, and 4.

Sarah lives at home in Emerald Lakes with her two children Cooper and Poppy and she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
