Working as a team, alongside fellow agent  Cooper Markovitch, Simon brings more than a decade of experience to the business, having owned, built and sold within the construction and manufacturing sectors before shifting across to residential sales.

His practical expertise and sharp attention to detail make him a valuable resource for clients trying to navigate the property market.

Originally from Geelong in Victoria, Simon has a strong connection to the Gold Coast, having spent 20 years holidaying in the region before relocating with his family to Mermaid Beach in 2023. With 15 years of property investment experience, he offers clients clear, honest advice to help them make informed decisions with confidence.

Simon thrives on building strong relationships and guiding clients through every stage of their property journey. Mentored by his uncle, respected Gold Coast real estate figure John Natoli, Simon has developed a reputation as a trusted sales advisor, specialising in acreage and lifestyle properties.

Outside of real estate, Simon is an active supporter of the Gold Coast United Soccer Club, where he sponsors the team and helps mentor aspiring players. When he’s not working, Simon enjoys fishing, diving, and spending time with his family by the ocean.
