Tegan Darcy is a Senior Investment Relations manager who is responsible for managing clients’ investment properties, while upholding the high standards of Kollosche’s property management team.

Her role involves maintaining properties including executing preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties meet legislative and compliance requirements and managing dispute resolution between tenants and landlords.

Reliable, calm and highly collaborative, Tegan brings almost a decade of experience to the position, after starting her career at Ray White, where she was a key player in the Property Management team.

Later moving to LJ Hooker, she swiftly advanced to a senior position and after just one year was named as a finalist in the Property Management Team of the Year category at the REB Awards.

Empathetic and honest, Tegan prides herself on applying integrity to all aspects of her work and finds satisfaction in delivering the highest level of service to clients.

Born and raised in Warrnambool on the Victorian coast, Tegan relocated to the Gold Coast nine years ago with her husband who now – along with their three-year-old son – love to spend their free time camping, exploring, or enjoying the beach.

An advocate for a healthy body and mind, Tegan also likes to sneak in a Pilates class followed by a plunge in an ice-bath.
