More than $1 billion in sales across a stellar 30-year real estate career has earned Tony Grbcic a reputation as a skilled negotiator with a depth of experience both in Australia and abroad.
Specialising in commercial and investment property sales and leasing, Tony has facilitated high profile transactions including shopping centres, medical centres, storage facilities, offices and development sites.
Professionalism, transparency and a firm commitment to customer service generate a high rate of repeat business for Tony whose network extends to investors and developers across Australia and overseas.
Tony’s track record in real estate encompasses owning one of the largest independent real estate agencies in Johannesburg, South Africa. Having immigrated to Australia in 1999, Tony and wife Jackie chose the Gold Coast to raise their three children while rebuilding a successful real estate presence.
“Every transaction presents its own challenges and opportunities. The variety of properties and clients we deal with makes every transaction different and I thrive on that.”
Working alongside son Adam, together the Grbcics bring more than 40 years’ experience to the table, having served clients across the full gamut of commercial interests, including the sale and lease of high profile development, industrial and retail assets.
Adam’s formal real estate education at Bond University and his working knowledge of asset valuation complement Tony’s extensive experience and savvy negotiation skills, giving the Grbcics a unique point of difference in a competitive industry.
Having joined forces with Kollosche in June 2020, the Grbcics continually raise the bar in terms of customer service and results under the Kollosche Commercial banner.
The $42,300,000 sale of the Greenmount Beach Hotel site in January 2021 is a career highlight for the Grbcics who led a three-week campaign attracting more than 180 enquiries and 12 offers. The second round of expressions of interest resulted in a cash, unconditional sale.
Other notable deals include Heights Pimpama Balance Land sold for $29,800,000; the $20,000,000 Lakeview Shopping Centre sale; and the $8,600,000 sale of Icon Energy Building.
Driven by the love for his family, Tony rejuvenates with regular gym sessions and is an avid supporter and sponsor of the Gold Coast Knights Soccer Club.
