Unrivalled contemporary grandeur has a new pinnacle of perfection on Sovereign Islands with ‘Azzuris’. A one-of-a-kind property that would look right at home in the Hollywood Hills, no expense has been spared in creating this two-year-old modern masterpiece that spans four exquisite levels.

“We took inspiration from the 20-30 million dollar homes in Beverly Hills and wanted to bring that level of luxury and detail to the Gold Coast,” confirm the vendors. “Every aspect and room in 41 Royal Albert Crescent, Sovereign Islands features custom and bespoke joinery with Italian Calcutta & Pieta Grey marble used throughout.”

Even the furnishings received special attention, carefully chosen and imported from Italy. “We ordered a container from Calia Italia and every piece, style and colour were selected individually to suit the space and size of each room.”

Boasting a floorplan that encompasses 1,231m2, it’s engineered to be the ultimate entertainer, with no less than three upscale bars and multiple zones to host guests in style.

“With the main bar area off the lounge room, we wanted to create the feeling that you were sitting at a high-end cocktail bar in a 5-star hotel. The bar is a combination of Pieta Grey marble and features backlit Calcutta stone,” the vendors advise. “The top room and outdoor balconies feature 360-degree views of Surfers Paradise, the hinterland and South Stradbroke Island.”

The basement hasn’t been overlooked, either. Pour a drink in the custom-built wine bar and feel like you are in a luxury car dealership showroom that just so happens to house your own fleet of first-class vehicles. A home gym here offers convenient fitness, or head outdoors to enjoy the mosaic-tiled infinity-edge pool and covered outdoor entertaining area with built-in BBQ.

Movie nights will never be the same again too, with your very state-of-the-art cinema. Complete with Dolby Atmos surround sound, an Epson 4K projector, fully upholstered walls, tiered seating and a CinemaScope screen, all you need to bring is the popcorn! “Going to the movies is a big part of our lives,” they reveal. “So, we wanted to have our own gold class cinema at home and we created something really special for the whole family to enjoy.”

Each of the five bedrooms received the same exquisite attention to detail, with the water view master suite an exercise in pure indulgence. “It’s like living in a 5-star hotel suite,” they confirm.

“The ensuite and dressing room are just spectacular and you feel like you have your very own designer boutique in your bedroom.”

“We also designed the bedrooms to feel like they are individual hotel rooms,” the vendors add. “Each is showcased with built-in upholstered bedheads using Luxe Warwick fabrics, with 2pac and veneer panelling that stretch from floor to ceiling. There are also floating bedside tables, custom rugs and two high end hotel style chairs in four of the five bedrooms.”

As well as boasting Savant and CBUS smart home automation (controlled anywhere in the world via an app), this solid concrete constructed dwelling has been fitted with 22kW solar, a lift to all four levels, acclaimed Gaggenau appliances in the gourmet kitchen and an extensive use of lighting that is next level in perfection.

Occupying a prime position in the prestigious Sovereign Islands enclave, it’s just a few minutes to the open water and benefits from round-the-clock security patrols. Families will appreciate being five minutes from the parks and amenities of Paradise Point, where you can also grab a bite at local eateries. In 15 minutes you’re on the greens of the championship Sanctuary Cove golf courses or if travel beckons, the rest of the world is accessible via Brisbane Airport approximately one hour away.
