Collaboration Carves Out Sales Success

Kollosche's shared database combined with agent collaboration is translating into positive sales results and a clear edge over competitors.
Collaboration Carves Out Sales Success

Collaboration between agents has led to some exceptional results for buyers and sellers, despite a challenging market.

In the past three months, over 35 per cent of all Kollosche sales involved two or more agents working together on a listing. In conjunction with Kollosche’s unique open database model, sellers are achieving positive results.

In a traditional agency model, buyer relationships often sit with individual agents, so a seller only benefits from one person’s contacts. At Kollosche, every new listing is matched with prospective buyers across its entire database, with sellers gaining access to the buyer relationships of more than 50 agents.

Kollosche had success selling 510 The Panorama, Tallai, after another agency failed to elicit a buyer.

Agents who work together are pooling individual skills, whether that be someone’s hyper-local knowledge of a particular suburb or specialist auction and marketing expertise. The result is a collective strength that independent agents struggle to match.

That advantage is proving its worth in the current market, where agents must work harder to win listings and create opportunities. While we cannot disclose some of our biggest sales, due to confidentiality agreements, the following are just an example of the sales being achieved across the Gold Coast.

A collaboration between sales agents Cooper Markovitch and Sam Guo sold hinterland property 510 The Panorama, Tallai, after auction for $8,250,000. This was a significant result given the property had previously been listed, unsuccessfully, with another agency and proves what can be achieved when agents nurture buyers and sellers correctly.

A joint effort marketing 58 Fitzwilliam Street in Carrara, resulted in multiple offers.

Jamie Harrison and Corey Bedford achieved the $7,100,000 private treaty sale of 58 Fitzwilliam Street, Carrara. The campaign attracted 82 enquiries and six written offers, an excellent result in the current cautious buyer market.

The pooled expertise of two agents assisted in the swift sale of 27 Namatjirra Court, Broadbeach Waters.

Jamie joined with agent Eddie Wardale to market 27 Namatjira Court, Broadbeach Waters, which sold for $6,700,000. With Jamie involved in the previous sale of the home in 2021, the two agents together held valuable insight into, not only the property but also its target buyer audience and how to reach them.

The sale of 22 Hilda Street, Mermaid Beach, was a collaborative effort.

In Mermaid Beach, where very few properties have come to market recently, Eoghan Murphy and Gypsea Youngsmith sold 52 Avanti Street, Mermaid Waters, off market for $3,800,000 after a previous sales campaign with another agency proved unsuccessful in finding a buyer. The pair also teamed on the successful sale of 22 Hilda Street for $4,875,000 through private treaty.

In the apartment market, Andrew Ramsay and Gareth Denning have formed a formidable partnership in Broadbeach. At the ‘Lily’ development, 4-6 Rosewood Avenue, they sold a sub-penthouse for $4,500,000 and a three-bedroom apartment for $2,940,000 only two weeks apart.

These results don’t mean the market is booming, but they do show that small differences matter and buy properly nurturing both sellers and buyers, sales happen.

Agents who rely on a single contact book, or who win listings by promising the highest price, struggle when buyers thin out. Kollosche’s model, built on shared information, opens the door to more buyers, honest advice and a better chance of a successful outcome for your home.
