Four Kollosche agents, including agency principal Michael Kollosche, have been named in a respected list that celebrates the industry’s top performers.

Released yesterday, the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Agents in Queensland 2025 ranked Michael at No.2 overall, with fellow sales agents Troy Dowker, Jamie Harrison and Rob Lamb ranked at No.10, No.30, and No.37, respectively.

Now in its fifth year, the REB Top 50 list acknowledges those agents who are setting the benchmark for excellence among their peers based on a dedication to customer service and strong sales numbers in their local markets.

Michael again recorded the highest total sales volume in the state for the fifth consecutive year at $594,316,500 across 111 sales, and the highest average sales price at $6,530,951 – a figure higher than any other agent in Queensland by more than $1,500,000. His total sales volume also exceeded that of any other Queensland agent by almost $300,000,000 and ranked him at No.2 in the state across all metrics.

Troy’s total sales volume reached $268,400,388 across 61 sales for an average price of $4,400,006; Jamie posted $176,477,000 across 37 sales for an average $4,769,649 and Rob had 36 sales achieving a total volume of $132,241,600 at an average $3,673,378.The rankings are determined using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, average sale value, average days on market, number of support staff, and years in the industry.

Overall, Queensland’s Top 50 agents transacted $7.3 billion-worth of property – a 37.8 per cent lift on the previous year’s results. Similarly, 4,976 properties transacted, representing a rise of 28 per cent. The average sales price statewide lifted from $2,250,000 to $2,450,000, and the number of settled properties rose by a minimal 10 to 116.
