Kollosche is starting the new year with some fresh faces in its sales team.

Bolstering the growing ranks in 2024 are Licensed Real Estate Agent Josh Finch and his Sales Associate sibling Cameron Finch.

Brimming with unbridled enthusiasm, the brothers, originally from England, are eager to continue making their mark in real estate. Together, they are prepared to do whatever it takes to achieve success for their clients.

“The level of energy that we have comes across to clients straight away,” Josh says. “We are a relentless and dedicated team.

“We may be young compared to some in the industry, but that works to our advantage. Unimpeded by external commitments, we can fully focus on the job and are prepared to service clients to a level beyond what other agents may be able to provide.

“If a client needs us, we’re available any time.”

Since starting in real estate on the Gold Coast, Josh has focused his attention on the northern suburbs, where both he and Cameron reside.

Focusing on acreage and waterfront homes, a string of successful sales followed and are a testament to the team’s ability to forge genuine relationships with people.

“Whether you are a buyer or seller, you need to be able to trust your agent,” Josh says.

“Establishing trust is our priority and is at the forefront of everything we do.

“We understand it’s a massive decision to sell your biggest asset, which is why we have such a disciplined approach and desire for excellence when it comes to marketing.

“I am passionate about pricing and am absolutely determined to achieve the highest possible price in any transaction. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I felt we left any money on the table.”

Highly approachable and instantly likeable, Josh demonstrates a work ethic well beyond his years, supported by brother Cameron, who brings an elevated level of business acumen to the team.

With a degree in biomedical science from Griffith University, Cameron is a natural communicator and has developed excellent analytical skills, with acute attention to detail.

Together the pair make a formidable team.

“We’re quite different, but we get on well and pretty much do everything together, so it was an easy decision for me to bring Cameron on as my associate,” Josh says.

“Every morning at five o’clock we head straight to the gym, that is how we set up our day. Once we start work, it’s strictly business, and we’re not afraid to hold tough conversations with each other if they are required.”

Cameron says: “I feel privileged to have the chance to help Josh achieve his goals, while also marking out a career path for myself.”

Eager to build on their current successes, Josh and Cameron are excited to now be working under the Kollosche banner.

“I’ve been fortunate to have had good mentors so far in my career, and they have helped me achieve what I have today,” Josh says. “But to really get to where I want to be, Kollosche is the right place to be.

“I have been watching the business’ growth and the culture it has built for a while. When it came time for me to make a move, there was only one place I could see myself going and that place was Kollosche.”

The duo will continue to operate in the northern suburbs, with a focus on Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove, as Kollosche seeks to expand further into those areas.

“We live there, so we already have an advantage, and can work to build relationships and contacts from the inside,” Josh says.

And their ultimate ambition?

“My immediate ambition is to learn and grow, while improving the service we as a team provide to our clients,” Josh says. “The ultimate aim is to become the No. 1 sales agent in my market and be considered among the best in the industry.”
