Michael Kollosche, Selling Principal and Kollosche Managing Director, has ranked No.6 in a list of top real estate agents in Australia.

The REB Top 100 Agents ranking recognises agents who deliver exceptional results and customer service to buyers and vendors in their local market. This year’s rankings were determined using metrics such as number of properties sold, total sales volumes and average sales values across the 2023 calendar year.

Harnessing 26 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Michael achieved a remarkable $453,902,500 across 104 settled sales in 2023.

This was the fifth-highest total sales value in the country, with the result helping Michael to secure the overall position of No.6 within the Top 100 ranking.

Also gaining recognition was sales agent Sam Guo, who, backed by business partner and sales agent Julia Kuo, ranked No.68 in the Top 100 Agents list.

Notching up $210,238,776 across 45 settled sales, they achieved an average sale price of $4,671,972, which placed them among the top five agents in the country in this category.

Michael and Sam were two of only nine Queensland agents ranked in the Top 100 list, which was dominated by agents from New South Wales and Victoria.

Honoured and humbled by the accolades, Michael says he is extremely proud of the achievements of the Kollosche business.

According to REB Managed Head of Operations Rohith George, making the Top 100 Agents ranking is an outstanding achievement, regardless of the market conditions.

“Interest rates, buyer and seller sentiment and the amount of available stock will always affect real estate sales, but top agents consistently outperform their peers,” he says.

The most recent rankings follow Michael, and Sam and Julia, alongside four other Kollosche agents, being named in the recent 2024 REB Top 50 Agents in Queensland.

In this list, Michael took out the No.1 spot, followed by Sam and Julia at No.6, Rob Lamb and Troy Dowker at No.11 and 12, with Brad Coyne at No. 27 and Matthew Follent in 40th place.
