Team Cunningham is a Winning Combination

The husband and wife team have joined Kollosche backed by long-established careers in Gold Coast real estate.
Nicky’s father introduced the Harcourts brand to Australia, opening Harcourts Surfers Paradise in 1997. It was here that Nicky put her marketing degree to work and established a background in sales.
Jason has always lived on the central Gold Coast and built his reputation in the new projects arena, working alongside developers such as Ray Group and The Potter Group.
A few years ago Jason turned his attention to residential sales and in 2018, Jason and Nicky bolstered their foothold in the market by forming Team Cunningham.
“We offer sound advice and honest communication based on old-fashioned values,” says Nicky.
“We’ll roll up our sleeves and do everything possible to achieve the best outcome for clients; doing great things isn’t hard when you love what you do.”
Strong Community Connections
Focused on the 4218 postcode of Mermaid Waters and Broadbeach Waters, where the couple lives with their four children, Nicky and Jason not only have an in-depth knowledge of the area but also a personal connection with the wider community.
Jason is President of the Broadbeach Cats Junior Australian Rules Football Club where he can often be found running around the club’s grounds ensuring all games run smoothly.
Being relatable, accessible and down-to-earth has helped Team Cunningham to notch up an impressive sales record in their specialist areas, backed by a roll-call of glowing testimonials.
“Anybody can sell a home, but it is the things that we do differently that result in us achieving a premium price rather than the market price,” says Nicky.
“We joined Kollosche because its agents don’t sit back and idly wait for change. They instigate positive changes and we believe that produces a tangible difference for clients and the industry in general.
“There is a premium buyer for every property and it is our job to find them. Marketing a property to the right audience to capture the best buyers has never been more important.”
Premium Sales Results
In 2021 Team Cunningham sold 3 Vevey Street, Mermaid Waters, the former home of Gold Coast councillor Darren Taylor, for $3,397,000. The price surpassed the previous highest sale by more than $500,000 to set what was a suburb record at the time.
Nicky’s $1,800,000 sale of 51 Barrier Reef Drive on Mermaid Water’s popular Lake Hugh Muntz set a then benchmark for the locale, soaring $400,000 above the previous record.
Nicky’s highest sale is 60 River Crescent, Broadbeach Waters, which sold for $7,000,000 in a stellar result for the vendors that was $2,000,000 above its valuation.
