Nicky’s $1,800,000 sale of 51 Barrier Reef Drive on Mermaid Water’s popular Lake Hugh Muntz set a then benchmark for the locale, soaring $400,000 above the previous record.

Nicky’s highest sale is 60 River Crescent, Broadbeach Waters, which sold for $7,000,000 in a stellar result for the vendors that was $2,000,000 above its valuation.

Other recent notable sales include 41 Furlong Street, Broadbeach Waters for $4,020,000, and 10 Bilgola Place, Robina, which sold for a street record $1,170,000 after just 26 days on market.
