A corner allotment positioned at the entry to a the Somerfield Estate was identified as a potential childcare site.

Team Grbcic approached the developer and proposed combining the 3 adjoining lots and approaching childcare operators to apply for a change of use.

This was successful both achieving a higher price for the residential allotments as well as adding value to the balance estate.
