Ben Dowker is a Sales Associate at Kollosche, supporting the sales process from first enquiry through to settlement and helping deliver a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

Joining Kollosche in January 2026, Ben works closely with Troy Dowker across client communication, property marketing, inspections and administrative coordination. Known for his adaptable and trustworthy approach, he plays an important role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, opportunities are followed up promptly, and clients feel supported throughout every stage of the transaction.

Drawn to real estate for its people-focused nature, Ben enjoys building relationships, connecting with the local community and developing his career within a fast-paced industry. He is passionate about learning, growing and making a positive impact through the service he provides.

Born and raised in Currumbin, Ben is a proud Gold Coast local and is currently based in Burleigh Heads. Outside of work, he stays active through sport and the outdoors, spending his time on the soccer field with Palm Beach, on the basketball court, or in the surf. A keen traveller, Ben enjoys exploring new places whenever he can.
