Jen Woodland is Client Services Manager to Kollosche sales agent Gareth Denning, who she supports in coordinating property campaigns and providing exceptional service to clients.

Friendly and approachable, Jen is known for her excellent communication skills, efficiency and bubbly personality. She effortlessly connects with sellers and buyers, guiding them through the property process with unwavering support and fostering meaningful relationships along the way.

Jen demonstrates excellent attention to detail as she streamlines team processes and ensures strict compliance with them, communicates with suppliers, and prepares collateral and legal documentation.

Living in Adelaide her whole life, she made the move to the Gold Coast in 2023, bringing across five years of sales support experience and multiple awards across high-volume agencies within South Australia.

Her love for the real estate industry comes from her admiration for beautiful architecture and styling, as well as her dedication to providing outstanding support to her team, sellers and buyers through every step of their property journey.

Outside of work, Jen can be found walking along the beach or Broadwater with her Cocker Spaniel, Eddie, or exploring the Gold Coast’s most popular restaurants. She is also a dedicated advocate for animal welfare, having volunteered at Koala Rescue during the bushfires, which reflects her passion for making a positive impact beyond her professional endeavours.
