Leonardo combines a professional mindset with a personable and mature approach. He holds a Certificate III in Business alongside a full real estate license and is dedicated to building his knowledge and experience in the field.
Immersed in the real estate world from an early age, Leonardo spent three years shadowing his father Michael, and other agents, across the Kollosche business before officially stepping into a full-time role supporting Michael and his team in 2025.
This early exposure served to instill in Leonardo a deep understanding of the systems and processes that underpin a high-performing real estate agency.
Time spent with Michael was especially formative. It sparked a passion for real estate and allowed Leonardo to absorb valuable lessons in leadership, discipline, work ethic, integrity, and client care – qualities he now emulates.
He brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does, whether it be at work or enjoying some down time, during which he likes to refine his DJing skills, go jet skiing and spend time with his friends.
Proud to be continuing his family’s legacy in the region’s luxury property market, Leonardo is motivated by the opportunity to work alongside his father and to contribute meaningfully to the business’s continued success.
