Mark Thomas holds the position of Manager within the New Client Team at Kollosche Property Management.
In this role, Mark provides guidance to his team and assists new investors in optimising the returns on their property assets.
A high level of expertise and integrity, combined with a friendly with an outgoing nature, have seen Mark achieve premium results in the leasing market.
Mark’s drive for success stems from a genuine passion for helping his clients to achieve their goals and providing them with long-term support as they grow their property portfolios.
A consummate real estate professional with more than 20 years of sales and leasing experience across NSW and QLD, Mark has personally transacted over 3000 properties in his career.
His experience includes 10 years as the general manager and head of property management for his own company, which he started with two friends.
Outside of work, Mark advocates for men’s health, and can most often be found cooking up culinary delights in the kitchen or relaxing at the beach.
