As Business Manager to Michael Kollosche, Suzie Dorsett plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of one of the Gold Coast’s highest performing real estate teams.

Her exceptional organisational skills coupled with a proactive approach allows team members to carry out their day-to-day operations with clarity, precision, and purpose.

Acting as the point of coordination for the team, Suzie oversees everything from the preparation and processing of Form 6s and contracts, to the improvement of internal systems, communication, and client deliverables.

Her ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining structure and accountability ensures processes flow efficiently behind the scenes, so agents can service their clients to the highest level.

With a career spanning the real estate and health industries, Suzie brings a high level of experience and professionalism to her role. Prior to joining Kollosche, she spent five years as a Key Account Manager at realestate.com.au, where she was recognised nationally with a Key Account Manager of the Year – a highlight that saw her flown to New York as part of the company’s annual awards program.

At Kollosche, Suzie’s excellence has been equally recognised. In 2023, she received the ‘Excellence in Outstanding Service and Support’ award. Yet her proudest achievement, however, has been to learn from and work alongside Managing Director Michael Kollosche.

Since joining the business five years ago, Suzie has become the backbone of a team that sets the benchmark for exacting standards, collaboration, and client success.

Suzie has called the Gold Coast home since 2007 and currently lives in Burleigh Waters. Away from the office, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending quality time with her partner and stepson.
