The new apartment market on the Gold Coast has grown exponentially as the demand for luxury lifestyle homes across the city soars.

Kollosche continues to innovate and expand in response, this week welcoming Gold Coast property stalwart Duncan McInnes to the fold.

Duncan brings more than 30 years’ property experience to his role as Head of New Projects at Kollosche where the mandate includes driving the sales and marketing of the city’s most prestigious new developments.

“I’m very impressed with the way Kollosche has grown; to achieve the market share that the company has within three years is testament to their reputation and results,” says Duncan.

“Kollosche’s internal marketing capacity is phenomenal, as is the calibre of real estate agents working under their banner.

During his time as an agent and developer, Duncan has been involved in some of the Gold Coast’s largest transactions and the project marketing of significant Queensland projects including Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort and Royal Pines Resort.

The former Max Christmas Real Estate Executive Director and Raptis Sales & Marketing Manager also spearheaded the sales and marketing of numerous projects completed under Solmac Developments, which he co-founded.

Michael Kollosche said the key appointment adds another layer of experience and support to a highly effective sales team as Kollosche expands its presence in the off-the-plan arena.

Kollosche New Projects has notched up $64,344,000 in project sales already this year. ‘Sold Out’ signs are now up on Infinity Broadbeach, White Main Beach and stage one of The Lanes Residences, Mermaid Waters – all now under construction.

The pipeline for 2022 is pumping too as the team prepares to launch a string of exciting new projects to market as the year unfolds.
