THERE’S an unusual combination of styles at this luxury Broadbeach Waters house, but it’s gloriously eye-catching.

The luxury home at No. 131-135 is owned by Gold Coast property identity Jonathan Grasso and his wife Roberta, who purchased it in 2015.
Mr Grasso is the founding director of property consulting firm Belvue.

“Our favourite parts of the property would have to be the poolside pavilion and cabanas that overlook the tropical internal park out front,” he said. “Plus, out the back, the northern aspect of main river and the Surfers Paradise skyline with a riverside barbecue pavilion and bar area is an amazing spot.”

“Their motivation after the renovation is to relocate to the beachfront for a change in lifestyle,” he said.
