Despite not having stepped foot inside the property, the interstate buyer had no hesitations following the auction.

Not only had Daniel found them a home that matched their needs, but by providing an evaluation and building and pest report, he ticked every box required for them to feel comfortable with their purchase.

Daniel also collaborated with fellow Kollosche agents on the sale of 159 Sir Bruce Small and 98 Cabana Boulevard.

The buyer of 159 Sir Bruce Small was a prior client of Daniel’s, with whom he had maintained a good relationship for a number of years. When Daniel learnt he was looking to move, he successfully connected him to the right property, resulting in a great outcome for both vendor and buyer.

Daniel worked for six months to find the right property for the interstate buyer of 98 Cabana Boulevard.

A deal was done within 24-hours of her viewing 98 Cabana Boulevard, resulting in a premium result and a short settlement, which was a huge attraction for the vendor, who had already committed elsewhere.
