Top Sales Lead to Solid Annual Results

Kollosche closes the door on another successful year with a solid set of sales results and numerous price records for our clients.

The leading prestige agency sold 22 properties for more than $7,000,000 in 2023 to notch up total sales worth more than $1.3 billion. With two weeks of the year and several auctions still to come, Kollosche is on track to surpass this ambitious marker.

Making up a sizeable portion of the overall result are Kollosche’s two highest sales of the year – 5 McMillan Court in Southport for $24,800,000 and 59 The Corso in Surfers Paradise for $24,000,000.

Along with being two of the state’s biggest sales of 2023, high demand for the waterfront mansions led the two properties to break the Queensland auction record in swift succession.

Kollosche’s remaining top eight disclosed sales for 2023 include:

4201/272 Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach – $12,000,000
This oversized 650m2 penthouse is in the iconic ‘272 Hedges Avenue’ building on one of the most salubrious beachfront streets. Offering 360-degree panoramic views, the apartment was sold by agents Harry Kakavas, Michael Kollosche and Danny Stanley.

746 Pacific Parade, Currumbin$10,125,000

670 Pacific Parade, Tugun | Kollosche

670 Pacific Parade, Tugun – $9,100,000
Troy also sold this original, characterful beachfront property in an elevated position overlooking the ocean in neighbouring Tugun. Owned by the same family for 60 years, it was a rare-to-market offering.

69 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach $8,900,000
Original and solidly built, Troy homed in on the renovation potential of this tri-level Tuscan-inspired property with character features on Palm Beach’s premier street to sell it under the hammer for a price above the owner’s expectation.

The duo paired up again to sell this luxury apartment in the exclusive and multi award-winning ‘Sea’ building on the beachfront in the popular northern suburb of Main Beach.
