Six Kollosche agents have been named in the 2024 REB Top 50 QLD rankings based on settled sales data for the 2023 calendar year.

Michael Kollosche, Selling Principal and Managing Director of Kollosche, has clinched the title of Queensland’s top-performing agent in the latest industry rankings.

The esteemed 2024 REB Top 50 recognises agents who have demonstrated exceptional sales performance throughout 2023, establishing strong local presence and providing tailored services to both vendors and buyers.

Mr Kollosche achieved a remarkable $453,902,500 across 104 settled sales in 2023, surpassing the next closest agent on the REB list by $172,000,000, and recording an average sale price of $4,364,447.

Also featured among the state’s best was fellow Kollosche agent Sam Guo who, alongside business partner Julia Kuo, ranked No.6. The pair sold 45 properties in 2023 for a total sales value of $210,238,776. Their average sale price was an impressive $4,671,972.

Kollosche agents Rob Lamb and Troy Dowker ranked 11 and 12 respectively, while Brad Coyne came in at 27 and Matthew Follent was listed among the top 40.

This marks the fourth consecutive year that Michael, a seasoned industry veteran of 26 years, has achieved the highest total volume of settled sales in Queensland, with total sales topping $426,000,000 each year for the past two years running.

The REB rankings underscore what was a remarkable year for the Gold Coast’s premier luxury property agency, characterised by a series of record-breaking sales in 2023.

Those sales included 59 The Corso in Surfers Paradise, which sold at auction for $24,000,000, followed by 5 McMillan Court, Southport for $24,800,000 – each breaking the Queensland residential auction record in close succession.

Kollosche has continued to build on this momentum in 2024.

In one 24-hour period last month, the agency managed to secure $47,120,000 in sales across nine auctions, with three properties – 75-81 Stanhill Drive on Chevron Island, 2 Surf Street in Mermaid Beach and 175 Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach – making up $36,500,000 of the total sales.

The $11,500,000 secured for a block of original apartments at 2 Surf Street set a new street record for the highest price per square meter paid for any property along the Mermaid Beach beachfront. Meanwhile, a new benchmark was set in Chevron Island with the $15,000,000 sale of 75-81 Stanhill Drive.

Further deals have followed, such as the off-market negotiation resulting in the $25,000,000 sale of 13-15 Albatross Avenue, Mermaid Beach.
